How it works

1. The customer books and sees the priceThey enter their trip, pick a vehicle and see the fare. They send the request without paying and get a confirmation of receipt.
2. You receive the requestYou get an email notification, and the booking appears in your WordPress dashboard with every detail.
3. You accept or adjust the priceYou approve, decline or change the amount. Nothing is confirmed without you.
4. The customer pays the deposit onlineThe Stripe payment link is emailed automatically. Payment is confirmed on its own, and everyone is notified.

Every request lands in your dashboard with all its details. Accept, decline or adjust the amount in one click. The deposit is recalculated automatically.

Payment

The deposit is paid before the car moves

On acceptance, the customer gets an email with their Stripe payment link. As soon as they pay, the booking switches to “Deposit paid” and you are notified. No more no-shows.

Reliability

Your customers never see an error message

Distances are calculated by Google Maps or by the free OpenRouteService. A button tests your keys in one click. If an API stops responding, the price shows “On quote”: the request still goes through, and you enter the amount before accepting.
